As the flagship of our global manufacturing network, the Qingdao factory stands as one of the largest disposable food packaging production bases in Northern China. With over 33 acres of state-of-the-art infrastructure, this facility is the backbone of our supply chain — delivering consistent, high-volume output to some of the world’s most recognized food and beverage brands, including KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Luckin Coffee, and Mixue.

Production Capabilities

Our Qingdao facility operates a fully integrated production ecosystem:

🥤 14 Cup-Forming Lines — Powered by German ILLIG, German Kiefel, and high-speed domestic machines, capable of producing 180 containers per month per line
🔵 18 Lid-Forming Lines — Featuring 16 Japanese Asano machines and 2 German Kiefel units, delivering 1 million lids per line per day
🖨️ 16 Printing Lines — Including 10 Dutch Van Dam machines for PP/PET/PS printing and 6 Japanese Fuji machines for flexible food packaging bags
📦 17 Sheet Extrusion Lines — Covering PP, PET, and PS materials
🛍️ Flexible Bag Lines — Including 2 Reifenhäuser (Germany) blown film lines, each valued at over $4.5M
